madi: well, i didn’t even have a bad day. my mood literally turned into hell in 2 minutes. but it’s true that my parents dont know how to deal with me when im freaking out (they usually cant even realize that im having an attack and/or would be much happier being left alone). music and stuff just hasnt really been helping lately. i usually listen to darren or starkid soundtracks when im panicking or just feeling down, but now, listening to anything by them, i just become even more sad because of other things that would take longer to explain. and there’s nothing else that makes me happy or feel safer.
